Under the terms of article 11 § 4 regulation 517/2014, known as F-Gas II, which came into force on 1 January 2015, distributors may only sell refrigerants to companies that hold valid certification.

For us to comply with these requirements, we need to have a copy of your F-Gas company certificate.

Please note that if we do not have a copy of your certificate we will not be able to supply you with refrigerants until we have received one.

Small Refrigerant Cylinders (9-12kg)	Deposit: £45 (card account only) Deposit credited if returned within 6 months (182 days) Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £75 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised.
Large Refrigerant Cylinders (50kg)	Deposit: £110 (card account only) Deposit credited if returned within 6 months (182 days) Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £150 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised.
CFQRN10 - Nitrogen 10ltr	Deposit: £120 (card account only) Deposit credited if returned within 2 Months (60 days) Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £175 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised.
CFRE10 - A1 Small Reclaim Cylinder (10kg)	Deposit : £45 (card account only) If cylinder is returned with a mix of gas there would be a £12/KG destruction charge. (For unmixed there is no charge) Deposit credited if returned within 6 months (182 Days) Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £75 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised. If the cylinder is returned containing the A2L gases type (such as R32) or overfilled (Max Fill 10KG) you will be charged the cost of a lost cylinder - £75
CFRE20 - A1 Small Reclaim Cylinder (20kg)	Deposit : £45 (card account only) If cylinder is returned with a mix of gas there would be a £12/KG destruction charge. (For unmixed there is no charge) Deposit credited if returned within 6 months (182 Days) Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £75 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised. If the cylinder is returned containing the A2L gases type (such as R32) or overfilled (Max Fill 20KG) you will be charged the cost of a lost cylinder - £75
CFRE32 - Small A2L Reclaim Cylinder (10kg)	Deposit : £45 (card account only) If cylinder is returned with a mix of gas there would be a £12/KG destruction charge. (For unmixed there is no charge) Deposit credited if returned within 6 months (182 Days) Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £75 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised.
CFRE50 - A1 Large Reclaim Cylinder (50kg)	Deposit: £110 (card account only) If cylinder is returned with a mix of gas there would be a £12/KG destruction charge. Deposit credited if returned within 2 months (60 Days) Destruction charges may be deducted or charged extra. Rental charge after the loan period £9.00 per month, per cylinder Lost Cylinder Charge: £150 Lost Cylinder charge will vary dependant on the cylinder and this will be advised. If the cylinder is returned containing the A2L gases type (such as R32) or overfilled (Max Fill 49KG) you will be charged the cost of a lost cylinder - £150
Shipment Cages	Deposit: £110 Deposit credited if returned within 6 months (182 days)

There will be a charge on failed deliveries/collections.
We can only collect totally empty cylinders, unless they are reclaim cylinders.
Please allow 2-3 working days for collection.
Collection must be made from the address/site that we have delivered to or there may be an extra charge.
Invoices for futher charges in line of the above shall be issues once the cylinders have returned to our supplier. Any queries should be raised within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
