Today, we have some exciting news to share with you - Alpha Wholesale has taken a giant leap forward in our business journey - we’ve moved to NEW premises 😱 Our decision to leave our previous site in Marden came with a heavy heart, however the time has come for us to embrace change! Thanks to you, our loyal customer, we have grown significantly over the past decade, both in size and in product range. Our current premises have served us well, but we've outgrown them and it’s time to take the next step into our future as a business! By relocating just 8 miles away, we aim to optimise our accessibility, continue streamlining our operations, and provide a significantly larger product capacity to better serve your needs. ALPHA OFFICE MOVE FAQS 1. Why has the business relocated? Quite simply, due to strong growth. We have run out of space and have relocated to more than double our space. 2. Where is the new office located? Our new premises is located at Orchard Business Park, Badsell Road, Five Oak Green, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 6QU (8 miles from our current location). 4. What are the benefits to me of the business relocating? The move will allow us to grow to the next level and provide an even greater offering, as well as having excellent road links. Situated on the A228, we are just 6 minutes drive from the A21 and 20 minutes drive from the M25 & M20. 5. How will the move affect me as a customer? Your goods will simply be shipped from our new office address, that’s it! Please be sure to update your records accordingly. 7. Has your phone number or email changed? No, our phone number remains as 01622 831836. Our email address remains as [email protected] 8. Has your online ordering process change? No, our online ordering process remains the same. 9. Is there any changes in the availability of your products? No, the availability of our products remains unaffected . You can still find our complete product range online at www.alphawholesale.co.uk 10. Can I still collect from your new address? Yes, the same great collection service is still available between 7:30 and 20:00 Monday to Friday. 11. Is there any changes to your customer support hours? Our customer support hours remains the same. You can contact us via phone or email for assistance in the normal way. 12. Is Alpha’s team still the same? Thankfully due to moving locally, our staff have joined us on this exciting journey, so you can expect the same familiar team on the phones, delivering your goods and helping you with trade counter collections. 13.
